Mark Simons has a variety of trial and litigation experience. Prior to opening Simons Law Firm, Mark was an associate attorney at Wandro & Associates, P.C. in Des Moines. Mark represented individuals and businesses before the Iowa state and federal district courts, and state and federal administrative agencies. Mark has also represented clients at mediation.. Mark graduated from Drake Law School and was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2011. While in law school, Mark worked as an intern at Iowa Legal Aid where he assisted low-income Iowans. Mark also interned at the Polk county Attorney's Office where he gained considerable trial experience.. Prior to attending law school, Mark worked over two years as a legal assistant at Bray & Klockau, PLC in Iowa City, IA.
